    1. Out-of-Pocket & Personal Savings

Paying out of pocket from personal savings avoids interest charges and debt, giving you complete control over the timing of your treatment. While this approach may require more planning, it’s often the most cost-effective option in the long run.

FAQs

  •  The cost of dental implants ranges depending on the type of implant. At Smart Arches, a single implant starts at $3,999 and a single full arch (entire top or lower teeth) starts at $18,500. You can learn about our pricing via our comprehensive cost guide which can be downloaded here!

  • Every patient’s needs are different, which is why a personalized consultation with your Smart Arches implant team is crucial. • The cost of dental implants varies based on several factors. The number and type of implants play a key role: higher-quality materials tend to look more natural and last longer, while needing more implants increases complexity and cost. Some patients may require preliminary procedures like bone grafts, sinus lifts, or extractions, which can extend the treatment timeline and add to the cost. Anesthesia or sedation also impacts pricing; we offer both IV sedation and general anesthesia, delivered through advanced systems designed for comfort, safety, and a smooth recovery. Lastly, many patients choose to finance their treatment, with terms depending on credit and total cost. In some cases, medical insurance may help cover part of the expense.

  • Dental insurance may provide some coverage with dental implants. Maximums typically range from $1,000 to $2,500 of coverage. Generally, Medicare and Medicaid do not provide coverage for dental implants.

Medical insurance may also provide some reimbursement for dental implants, however that will depend on your insurer, specific health plan coverage, your qualifying medical condition(s) and the treatment available to you. In case of accidents, other insurance coverage, such as workers compensation or other general liability insurance, may be applicable as well.

  • We do! This is the most popular option for most of our patients. Once we determine the amount that needs to be financed, we work with multiple 3rd party lenders to secure the most affordable payment plan for you. You can find more information by consulting our Dental Implants Cost Guide. In the event that your insurance provides some coverage, most patients will secure third party financing for their initial investment, and any additional medical reimbursements will be an additional savings if approved by the insurance provider.
