I love the staff, the dentist, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and his assistant. They make you feel like you are in great hands. They will answer any questions you may have. I had the four on one and extractions done, and let me tell you, everything was smooth from the post-op to recovery. The only thing you have to get used to is not eating certain foods that you may love for a little while.

To start I was terrified about going to the dentist to get a consultation on my teeth but had to do something quickly. After reading the reviews here I decided to give it a shot and make appt. If I could, I would give smart arches a 10 star review! From the girls at the front desk (my favorites) to the doctors, hygentist I was blown away from start to finish! I had gotten full dental implants on top and the process not only went smoothly but they look absolutely PERFECT!! Being able to smile again and be confident is what I was looking for and without a doubt was achieved here! If you are looking for a place to go,this is it! You will not be disappointed! My husband had all his teeth done here and I can't say enough nice things about the office. Allie went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything before we started the process. The doctors were very informative and extremely nice. While he was recovering/waking up from surgery the one doctor came out to speak to me about a separate issue with my husband's health which I thought was so nice and above and beyond. The front desk girls are sweet and welcoming. My husband's results were life changing and AMAZING and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend!

I’m starting my journey of implants, Tina has been very knowledgeable and supportive so far. This was a 2nd opinion referral from my dentist. It was half the price clear choice implants was going to charge me so that was a plus. They utilize what was covered on my INS first and added they promotion, then billed me the balance. I like that they not only do implants but also the complete care of the teeth. It is 1hr and 1/2 travel to see them but it is so worth the drive. Can’t wait to get my new teeth in January. Would Recommend smart arches to anyone.

I’ve had my share of dental work from multiple providers over the years- specifically crowns, and in every previous instance the temporaries fell off and the permanents required multiple adjustments to get the bite right. My most recent work included 2 crowns done by Dr. Theis and his team in the Media location - and the first time that neither issue came up. The anatomy and fit were perfect for both. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend.
