Everyone deserves a healthy, confident smile—regardless of their financial situation. That's why we created Angel Arches, a giving program where our doctors donate their time and skills to provide life-changing dental implant treatment. In partnerships with our vendors, we make complete implant care accessible to those who couldn't otherwise afford it, at no or low to the patient.

After years of being unable to eat, being in pain, being unable to face people as well as fighting depression, we were able to help William smile again. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality dental care, regardless of their financial situation or past struggles. This is William’s story – one of courage, resilience, and ultimately – triumph over adversity.
Smart Arches founder Dr. Simon Oh has dedicated significant efforts to humanitarian missions to bring same-day tooth replacement to Guatemala, as well as sharing his expertise through formal training programs with other providers.
Dr. Oh has taught over 200 dentists advanced full-mouth implant techniques and leads teams of 80+ specialists as part of his efforts with ORCAA, Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association, an organization that restores lives through advanced extra-maxillary dental implants. The organization has delivered $6+ million in charitable dental work to patients who’ve been toothless for decades. In addition, Dr. Oh has also founded the non-profit Smile Back Foundation, which supports full mouth restorations and promotes dental health and education.
