Treatment philosophy
As a dentist in Media, Dr. Theis is very proud that his patients are treated like family and that he and his team provides them with the highest quality of care. “It’s extremely fulfilling to be able to help alleviate an anxious patient’s fears and give them a positive experience in the dental chair,” he says.
Dr. Theis is skilled at providing near painless injections and informs patients they are in control of their experience. He takes continuing education courses, primarily in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants, and stays up to date on the latest dental techniques and technology to provide an optimal treatment experience. Dr. Theis strongly believes in the power of patient education and arming each person with the information they need to maintain an excellent at-home hygiene routine. Don’t like string floss? Education and background
Dr. Jaron Theis was raised in Williamsport, PA, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Lycoming College. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry. Dr. Theis is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists. As a child, Dr. Theis developed a love of art, inspired by his mother, an acrylic portrait artist. Being able to combine his passion for art and science led him to pursue a career in dentistry.
Home life
Dr. Theis currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife, who is a pediatric dental resident, and their son. He enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking, golfing, and as a foodie, trying out new restaurants. Dr. Theis loves football, and although he is a 49ers fan, he has grown to love watching the Eagles win after living in the Philadelphia area.
