Angel Arches

Angel Arches is a charitable initiative of Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers that donates or subsidizes advanced implant care for qualifying individuals experiencing significant tooth loss and financial barriers. Please note that submission does not guarantee selection. All applicants must complete a clinical evaluation to determine candidacy.
